Dominor subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. This policy explains when refunds may apply and how to request one.
2. Trials and plan changes
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends (unless you upgrade sooner). If you change plans, billing adjustments may be applied according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
3. When we may issue refunds
We may issue refunds in limited cases, such as accidental duplicate charges or billing errors. Refund eligibility can depend on usage, time since purchase, and the reason for the request.
4. Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless required by law or covered by the cases above, fees already paid are typically non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request via the contact form and include your account email, invoice details (if available), and a short description of the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may affect account access.
